• AMS Illusion Street is an experience-based entertainment and sports facility.
• Entry and participation are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual without prior notice.

2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

• All bookings must be made through our official system (online/offline).
• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Customers must provide accurate details (Name, Phone Number, Email, City).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. PAYMENT POLICY

• Payments are accepted via cash, UPI, cards, or online gateways.
• All transactions are processed securely.
• AMS Illusion Street is not responsible for payment failures due to third-party systems.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• No refund for missed or unused bookings (No-Show).
• Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability and management approval.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time.

5. TIME & SESSION POLICY

• Customers must arrive at least 10–15 minutes before their booking time.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or cancellation without refund.
• Each activity is strictly time-bound.

6. SAFETY & CONDUCT

• Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by staff.
• Any misuse, negligence, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the activity without refund.
• AMS Illusion Street is not responsible for injuries caused due to failure to follow instructions.

7. ACTIVITY-SPECIFIC TERMS

Cricket Bowling Machine

• Safety gear must be used where required.
• Only authorized play inside the lane is allowed.

Archery

• Only shoot from designated area.
• Strictly follow instructor guidance.

Bench Soccer

• No misuse of equipment.
• Follow gameplay rules.

VR Reality

• Not recommended for individuals with medical conditions (epilepsy, heart issues, motion sickness).
• Age restrictions may apply.
• Follow staff guidance at all times.

8. AGE & SUPERVISION POLICY

• Children must be supervised by parents/guardians.
• Certain activities may have age or height restrictions.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

• AMS Illusion Street may capture photos/videos for promotional purposes.
• By entering, you consent to being photographed unless you inform otherwise.

10. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
• AMS Illusion Street is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

11. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

• All activities involve physical movement and risk.
• Participation is at your own risk.
• AMS Illusion Street shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage except where required by law.

12. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• No alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances allowed.
• No damage to property.
• No abusive or disruptive behavior.

Violation may result in:

• Immediate removal
• Permanent ban
• Legal action

13. DATA & PRIVACY

• Customer data is collected and used as per our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell or misuse personal data.

14. GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh.

15. MODIFICATIONS

• AMS Illusion Street reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.
